Venue -- change of venue -- traverse and motion to remand. Where a defendant corporation in transitory action has within the time required by statute served and filed a demand for
change of venue supported by affidavit of residence in the county to which the change is demanded, the transfer is ipso facto
accomplished. If the plaintiff desires to traverse the affidavit as to defendant's residence it must be done by a motion to
remand made in the county to which the venue has been changed.
