Two actions in the district court for Redwood county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiffs and property damage arising out of a collision between the auto of plaintiff William Rue and that of defendant. The cases were tried before Albert H. Enersen, Judge, and a jury. A verdict was returned for defendant on his counterclaim against plaintiff William Rue, and his damages were assessed at $1,144.30. In the Esther Rue action, the jury returned a verdict for defendant. From separate orders, plaintiffs appealed.
